Key Points About Our Service
No IP Storage
IPs are used only for geolocation lookup and immediately discarded.
No Cookies
Analytics tracking doesn't use cookies — only dashboard login does.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our Analytics Platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms apply to all users, whether you are a website owner tracking analytics or a visitor to a website using our analytics script.
Service Description
Our Analytics Platform provides privacy-focused website analytics without storing IP addresses or using tracking cookies.
The Service is designed to give website owners insights into their traffic while maintaining visitor privacy.
We track anonymous metrics including: page views, referrers, device types, geographic location (country/city only), and custom events.
All data is automatically deleted after 6 months. Website owners can request earlier deletion at any time.
Users can delete any specific event data at any time directly from their dashboard — individual events, date ranges, or all data can be removed on demand.
Our infrastructure is built on industry-leading cloud providers including Supabase, Microsoft Azure, Cloudflare, and MongoDB Atlas to ensure reliability, security, and global performance.
The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties or guarantees of specific results.
User Responsibilities & Usage Rights
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities under your account.
You agree not to use the Service for illegal, harmful, or unethical purposes.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the Service's source code.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including GDPR, CCPA, and other data protection regulations.
You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from website visitors before tracking their analytics data.
You may not use the Service to track personally identifiable information (PII) or sensitive data.
You agree not to spam, abuse, or overload the Service with automated requests.
Privacy Commitment
We are committed to protecting user privacy and maintaining the highest data protection standards.
- We DO NOT store IP addresses. IP addresses are used only for geolocation lookup and are immediately discarded.
- We DO NOT use tracking cookies for analytics. Cookies are only used for developer dashboard authentication.
- We DO NOT sell, trade, or share user data with third parties.
- We DO NOT engage in cross-site tracking or fingerprinting.
All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Website visitors cannot be identified or re-identified through our analytics data. We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regulations.
Our infrastructure partners (Supabase, Microsoft Azure, Cloudflare, MongoDB Atlas) are bound by their own privacy and security policies. We only use them for infrastructure purposes and do not share user data with them beyond what is necessary to operate the Service.
Data Retention & Deletion
All analytics data is automatically deleted after 6 months from collection.
Website owners can delete any specific event data at any time — individual events, custom date ranges, or their entire dataset — directly from the dashboard.
Deleted data cannot be recovered. Export your data before requesting deletion if you need to keep a copy.
Backup copies may be retained for up to 30 days after deletion for system recovery purposes. Upon account termination, all associated data is deleted within 7 business days. We do not retain data longer than necessary to provide the Service.
Data is stored across our cloud infrastructure providers (Supabase, Microsoft Azure, Cloudflare, MongoDB Atlas) and deletion requests are propagated across all systems.
Account Terms
You are responsible for all accounts created under your email address. One account can track multiple websites.
You agree to provide accurate information during account registration and are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, or that are engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Suspended accounts will have their analytics data deleted after 30 days.
Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service for:
- Tracking personal information or PII without explicit consent
- Tracking minors (under 13) or children's data without parental consent
- Websites containing illegal content or facilitating illegal activities
- Phishing, fraud, or social engineering
- Adult content, malware distribution, or privacy violations
- Spam, automated attacks, or service disruption
Violation of this policy will result in immediate account suspension and data deletion. We may report severe violations to appropriate legal authorities.
Intellectual Property Rights
We retain all intellectual property rights to the Analytics Platform, including code, design, and documentation. You retain ownership of your analytics data and website content.
You grant us a license to store, process, and display your analytics data to provide the Service. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute the Service without explicit permission. Our trademarks, logos, and branding may not be used without written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from bugs.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so this clause may not apply to you. We maintain backups and security measures but cannot guarantee 100% data protection.
Compliance & Regulations
This Service complies with GDPR, CCPA, and international data protection regulations. We do not require cookie consent since we do not use tracking cookies for analytics.
Website owners are responsible for proper consent and disclosure to their visitors. We comply with industry-standard security practices including SOC 2 compliance, and do not engage in dark patterns.
Visitors have the right to opt-out by not loading our analytics script or requesting data deletion.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time. You can delete your account and all data through your dashboard settings.
Upon termination, your analytics data will be deleted within 7 business days, and you lose access to all analytics data and your dashboard. We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose security risks.
No refunds are provided for prepaid periods unless required by law.
