What Data We Collect
About your website visitors
We collect:
- Page URL visited
- Browser type (Chrome, Safari, etc.)
- Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
- Screen resolution
- Operating system
- Country/city (derived from IP, but the IP itself is not stored)
- Referrer
- Custom events (clicks, form submissions)
- Session duration, scroll depth, time on page
- Outbound links clicked
We do NOT collect:
- IP addresses (never stored)
- Personal information
- Exact location (no GPS)
- Tracking cookies
- Cross-site behavior
- Fingerprinting data
Anonymous by Design
We can't identify individual users. All data is aggregated and anonymized.
About you (developer / account owner)
We collect:
- Email address (for login)
- Name (for personalization)
- Password (encrypted)
- Project details (site URL, project name)
- Dashboard usage
- Support interactions
How We Handle IP Addresses
IP addresses are used only for geolocation lookup, then immediately discarded. We do not store IP addresses in any form, and they are never logged or retained.

Example: IP: 203.0.113.45 → resolved to Mumbai, India.
We store "Mumbai, India" — we delete "203.0.113.45".
Cookie Policy

We do NOT use cookies to track your website visitors.
No cookies means:

- Faster page loads

How we track without cookies:
- We use IndexedDB (browser memory)
- Data is cleared when the browser closes
- Cannot be accessed by other sites
- No persistent tracking

Data Retention & Auto-Deletion
Automatic Data Deletion
All analytics data is automatically deleted after 6 months.
What gets auto-deleted after 6 months:
- All page views
- All click events
- All custom events
- All session data
- All analytics metrics
Why 6 months? It balances useful trend analysis (3–6 month trends), privacy-friendly retention (not storing forever), cost-effectiveness (less storage), and alignment with GDPR recommendations.
You can manually delete data sooner if you want, but we will never keep it longer than 6 months.
Data Deletion Policy
Once data is deleted, it CANNOT be recovered. This is by design.
Manual data deletion options:
- Delete individual events — select and delete specific events
- Delete project data — delete all analytics data for a project
- Delete account — delete everything, including all projects and data
