Cookies Policy

This policy explains how Ucoder Insights uses cookies — and importantly, where we do not use them.

✓ Your visitors — Zero cookies

When you install our SDK on your website, we set no cookies on your visitors' browsers. No consent banner needed.

ⓘ Your Ucoder dashboard — Auth cookies only

When you log in to your Ucoder Insights developer account, we use essential cookies to keep you authenticated.

Part 1 — Analytics SDK (Your Visitors)

The Ucoder Insights tracking SDK does not use cookies of any kind. We use the following privacy-preserving techniques instead:

IndexedDB

Events are queued locally in the visitor's browser and sent in batches. No cookie is set.

sendBeacon API

Events are reliably delivered on page unload without using cookies or persistent storage.

Anonymous session ID

A temporary, non-persistent identifier is generated per session and never stored in a cookie.

Result: No cookie consent banner is required on your website when using Ucoder Insights. Your visitors' privacy is protected by default.

Part 2 — Developer Dashboard (Your Account)

When you log in to your Ucoder Insights account at insights.ucoder.in, we use the following essential cookies to keep you securely authenticated. These cookies are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled.

UIAccessToken

Keeps you securely logged in to your developer account. Expires when you log out or the session ends.

Essential

UISessionId

Tracks your active session so you don't have to log in repeatedly while navigating the dashboard.

Essential

We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies on the Ucoder Insights dashboard itself.

Managing Cookies

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. However, blocking the essential cookies listed above will prevent you from logging in to your Ucoder Insights account. Your visitors' experience is not affected since no cookies are used by the SDK.
